What is the return policy?
PurelyHome Return & Refund Policy
At PurelyHome, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read this policy to understand how returns, refunds, or replacements are handled.
1. Refunds & Replacements
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, PurelyHome will offer you one of the following:
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method (depending on the nature of the issue), or
- A replacement / redelivery of the same item at no additional cost.
2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement:
- Contact us at Purelyhome25@gmail.com (or your support email) within 4 days of receiving your order.
- Provide:Your order number Your delivery address. A detailed explanation of the issue, Clear photos and video evidence showing the defect, damage, or problem
- Requests without sufficient evidence may not be processed.
Once your request is approved, we will process your refund or replacement as described in Section 5 below.
3. No Returns (Physical Returns Not Accepted)
Due to our supplier, we do not accept physical returns of items. Instead, we resolve issues by refunding or resending items. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Some items cannot be refunded or replaced under any circumstances. These include:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
5. Processing Times
- Refunds: Once your claim is approved and evidence verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Replacements / Redelivery: Approved replacement orders will be shipped from us within 2–3 business days, at no extra cost to you.
6. Abuse Prevention & Requirements
To maintain fairness and protect against misuse, we require:
- Photo & Video Proof: Every refund or replacement request must include clear visual proof of the issue.
- One Request Per Item: Each item in an order must be claimed separately duplicate claims for the same item will not be honored.
We reserve the right to deny requests that don’t meet our criteria or appear fraudulent.
7. Cancellation Policy
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting support. If we can cancel it in time, you will not be charged (or any hold/authorization will be voided). Once the order is shipped, the refund/replacement policy above applies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We do not cover:
- Shipping or handling fees (unless the issue is our fault)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
This policy is in lieu of all other warranties, except those required by applicable law.
